HR Business Partner- 2nd Shift

Job Summary
HR Business Partner on 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) supporting the Austin site. Partners with the business to develop and deploy strategic planning objectives, driving talent management, workforce planning, management selection, executive coaching, performance management, retention, succession planning, and change management. Collaborates with local HR teams and Centers of Expertise to deliver integrated people and organization solutions, identifies organizational performance gaps, and deploys tools and programs to achieve business goals. Leads cross-cultural communications, change strategies, and may participate in mergers and acquisitions; plans and facilitates cyclical HR initiatives (workforce planning, rewards, training, succession planning). Ensures compliance with HR-related laws and regulations and builds strong internal relationships. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and typically 3-5 years of HR experience; capable of working on the 2nd shift and partnering globally in a matrix environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years progressive experience in HR across all major functions
- Ability to work on 2nd shift
- Experience with employee relations and engagement
- Strong project management and analytical skills
