Job Summary
HR Business Partner responsible for aligning business objectives with HR programs across assigned programs; leads HR operations (HRIS, compensation, benefits, payroll, etc.), conducts regular program meetings, provides HR guidance to program leadership, analyzes trends with HR for solutions and policies, responds to employee/manager questions, ensures legal/regulatory compliance, coaches and facilitates employee development, and supports workforce planning, restructures, and succession planning. Hybrid work arrangement (3 days in the office) at the Manhattan, NY location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 8+ years HRBP experience
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP credential helpful
