Job Summary

HR & Business Operations Specialist in Taiwan office, with hybrid work arrangement. Responsible for talent acquisition coordination, onboarding, employee records, HR systems (Rippling), benefits and payroll support, compliance with Taiwan labor laws, and coordinating office operations, events, and employee engagement. Partners with leadership to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle, documentation accuracy, vendor coordination, and an engaging, productive workplace across a globally distributed team.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, Office Management, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of Taiwan labor laws and employment practices
  • Experience administering HR systems and maintaining employee records
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a distributed environment
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the confidence to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
