HR Business Consultant

Job Summary
Build strategic relationships with business leaders and partner with HR centers of excellence to execute processes for employee relations, staffing, training, and performance management. Identify, define, and recommend solutions to address business needs while utilizing key metrics to monitor trends and interpret results for decision-making. Lead and facilitate HR programs aligned with strategic plans, providing change management consultation and end-to-end support from needs assessment through delivery. Execute programs driving workforce development and retention, conduct compliance reviews of HR activities, and investigate individual issues to make data-driven recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years related work experience
- Demonstrated leadership and professionalism
- Demonstrated business expertise with knowledge of HR processes and procedures and how they can be applied to business strategy to influence results
- HR Generalist skills to include compensation, employee development, benefits, and organizational development
- Thorough knowledge of major HR disciplines and demonstrated ability to provide HR support to their business partners at the highest level
- Solid understanding of fair employment practices and regulations
- Proven ability to navigate and manage complex employee relations issues
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining strategic partnerships with business leaders
Desired Qualifications
- 8 or more years of related work experience preferred
- Previous change management experience preferred
