Job Summary
Support the HR Business Partnering team with generalist HR activity across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, performance, absence management, engagement, and offboarding. Coordinate annual HR cycles such as performance reviews, talent reviews, engagement surveys, salary reviews, and diversity initiatives. Prepare HR documentation, trackers, and analyses to support decision-making while maintaining accurate employee data and metrics for Zurich Life. Monitor HR trends to identify risks and opportunities, and champion internal skill development to future-proof the workforce. Work closely with HR Operations and business stakeholders to ensure consistent process delivery and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in an HR role, HR coordination or HR Business Partnering support role
- Good understanding of core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, absence, engagement, talent and reward cycles
- Experience supporting HR projects, annual HR processes and people-related initiatives in a busy HR environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with HR colleagues, managers and business stakeholders
- High attention to detail, with the ability to work with confidential information and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Strong capability working with HR reports, people metrics and Excel-based datasets, with the ability to analyse information, identify trends and present clear insights to support decision-making
- Practical, solutions-focused approach with the ability to support continuous improvement of HR processes and ways of working
- Experience supporting Employee Relations cases and providing guidance to managers on people-related matters
- Good knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
- Primary work location is Wexford
- Occasional travel may be required to other Zurich locations
Desired Qualifications
- A qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline is desirable
