Job Summary
Oversee business administration and HR functions including accounts payable, contract management, payroll review, and expense reporting; ensure confidential HR records, administer employment processes including onboarding/offboarding, benefits; ensure EEO & FCC compliance; participate in special projects; coordinate with senior leadership and corporate teams; prepare monthly expense reports and support department heads; utilize Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Workday and DocLink is a plus; strong communication and confidentiality skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Office Management
- Payroll experience is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Workday and DocLink is a plus
- Interpersonal skills, diplomacy, tact
