HR BP

Partner with organizational leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives and create a collaborative work environment. Translate business strategy into people strategy to drive implementation, while partnering with leaders on organization design, workforce planning, and cultural transformation. Ensure deployment of global and local HR processes for performance, talent, and DEI, using data-driven insights to advise on people trends. Act as a coach to managers on people matters and ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies. Lead change management initiatives to support business transformation and workforce effectiveness, promoting positive organizational culture and employee engagement. Collaborate across HR CoEs and Advisors for consistent delivery, serving as an advocate for employee interests and counsel to the business management team. Monitor the external environment to implement best practices and leverage lean principles and AI tools to drive performance.
