HR BI Developer Senior Associate

Job Summary
Build and enhance BI products by designing dashboards, reports, and curated datasets that support workforce and employee experience insights. Produce timely ad hoc analyses and recurring reports to answer evolving business questions while maintaining and improving legacy solutions through defect fixing, logic updates, and performance optimization. Enable self-service analytics by refining semantic layers and tools, ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance across cloud platforms like Databricks and Snowflake. Manage work execution using agile practices to deliver features, maintenance, and stakeholder requests within defined roadmaps.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, or a related role
- Familiarity with cloud-based BI tools and platforms
- Foundational understanding of data visualization, dashboard design, and self-service analytics concepts
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and evolving business requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Ideally with Tableau, Snow, or Sigma
- Exposure to HR data and analytics
- Experience collaborating with HR or business teams to deliver workforce insights
- Familiarity with integrating BI tools with cloud data platforms, especially Databricks and Snowflake
