Job Summary
Advise SBB leadership on employment conditions and terms within the framework of the collective agreement through personal, digital, and telephone consultations. Address complex HR process questions and act as a sparring partner for implementing labor law measures and applying guidelines. Collaborate with leadership and HR business partners on reorganization implementations while specializing in HR topics and sharing knowledge within teams. Support the continuous improvement of service delivery. Full-time role (60-100%) in Olten, Switzerland, with a deadline of December 1, 2026, or upon arrangement.
Required Qualifications
