Job Summary
HR & Benefits Manager responsible for benefits administration, onboarding coordination, and employee experience initiatives. Primary administrator for medical/dental/vision/LTD plans, open enrollment, communications, and education; coordinates 401(k) administration and Form 5500 compliance; supports onboarding materials, access credentials, and onboarding documentation; partners with Culture Action Team for employee engagement activities; maintains HR records, supports compliance reporting and annual filings, and assists with recruiting coordination; provides front-desk office support and positive first impressions for visitors.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR and Benefits Administration experience
- Experience administering employee benefits programs
- Experience supporting open enrollment processes
- Knowledge of 401(k) administration and compliance
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Strong customer service and employee support skills
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
