Job Summary
Conduct benefits administration, payroll processing, and HR compliance activities including onboarding and termination status updates. Administer the HRIS system to maintain accurate employee data while submitting retirement benefits, HSA contributions, and Form 5500 filings. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, taxes, and benefits, and resolve issues related to employment verifications and enrollment notifications. Support annual open enrollment, year-end reporting, and state/federal unemployment rate updates. Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring all new hire documentation is completed and COBRA enrollments are managed.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of HR, benefit and payroll experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- We're an in-office employer
- You may need to work a flexible schedule occasionally
