Strategic HR Benefits Administrator to support the Senior HR Manager in administering comprehensive, global benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, retirement, HSA/FSA), managing enrollment and onboarding, ensuring compliance (ACA, FMLA), and leveraging Paycom for reporting and analysis; partners with payroll and leadership to deliver effective benefits solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or Certification: SHRM-CP or equivalent
  • 3+ years of benefits administration experience
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (Paycom or similar platforms)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
