Support recruiting operations by managing job postings, candidate pipelines, and scheduling to ensure no applicant is lost. Manage personal administration including contract management, onboarding documentation, and employee record maintenance. Support the employee lifecycle from day one through recurring HR processes across multiple restaurant concepts. Maintain and optimize HR systems like e2n and Recruitee while serving as the primary HR contact for restaurant leadership and staff. Requires solid knowledge of German labor law, strong organizational skills, and experience in the hospitality sector. Full-time role in Frankfurt with immediate start.
