Job Summary
HR Assistant role supporting day-to-day administrative functions for the HR and Accounting team in Vancouver, WA. Responsibilities include assisting with recruiting processes (office tours, background checks, job offers paperwork), onboarding support (new hire paperwork and welcome pack), maintaining relationships with employees and contractors, creating reports and compliance documentation, updating organizational charts/seating plans, planning company events and All-Hands meetings, drafting company-wide communications, and assisting with special projects. Requires 1+ years of HR operations/administration experience, high school diploma (some college preferred), proficiency with MS Office, and strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality. Potential for growth in the HR field and company benefits package included.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration
- High school diploma, some college preferred
- Experience with HRIS systems preferred
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
