Job Summary
Maintain the payroll system, petty cash, and HRIS by updating personnel files, reconciling reports, and preparing checks for distribution. Process new hire paperwork, benefit orientations, and leave of absence requests while responding to Associate inquiries regarding employment verifications and wage information. Collaborate with Home Office and external vendors to manage unemployment claims, workers compensation, and special projects as assigned. Requires 1-2 years of HR and payroll experience, with a starting pay range of $19.05 to $32.45 per hour. Located at the Sierra Fulfillment Center in Cheyenne, USA.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years related experience
- Previous experience in Human Resources and Payroll department
- Experience in administration in business office environment
- Good organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of basic HR functions (payroll, files and benefits)
- Knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of MS Word
- Knowledge of payroll systems (Kronos, Oracle)
