Job Summary
Provide administrative support for the People & Organization function, including compensation/benefits, employment, employee relations, and payroll. Process forms via HRIS, advise management of discrepancies, maintain employee files and personnel records, administer pre-employment screening and reference checks, compile personnel statistics, assist with insurance reports, conduct new-employee orientation, maintain materials logs, coordinate meetings, and apply company policies. Requires good interpersonal skills and a high school diploma or equivalent; 2-4 years of experience preferred.
