HR Assistant [Recruitment Team]

Job Summary
Support end-to-end recruitment activities within the UK and Dublin HR teams, coordinating candidate interviews for Associate, Paralegal and Secretarial roles, managing onboarding/offboarding for contingent workers, maintaining key recruitment and HR operation documents and trackers, certifying Right to Work, coordinating pre-employment screening with outsourced suppliers, and providing day-to-day operational HR support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role involves working with Workday, coordinating communications with Hiring Managers, agencies and candidates, producing correspondence and onboarding materials, and contributing to team projects within a hybrid UK/Ireland setting.
Required Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience
- experience within recruitment or HR would be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly and effectively in a fast paced environment
- Excellent IT skills including Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Willingness and aptitude to learn new systems and technologies, including AI-driven tools
- Ability to deal with highly confidential and sensitive HR issues
