Job Summary
As a Crew Scheduler/HR Generalist, you will be responsible for scheduling the hourly workforce on the production floor, acting as the primary liaison between Supervisors and Plant Staff. This part-time position requires a commitment of 25 hours per week, mainly during shifts on Wednesdays and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years in scheduling, administrative support, or workforce management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite for record management and reporting
- Experience communicating with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations and schedule changes
Desired Qualifications
