Job Summary
Own and evolve the Hire-to-Retire technology landscape by serving as the primary technology partner to Human Resources, Payroll, Talent Management, and Business Operations teams. Configure and maintain HR applications to support the entire employee lifecycle, while driving business process transformation, system enhancements, and integrations between HR systems, Payroll, Finance, and Identity Management. Lead system testing, deployments, and change management for platform updates, providing L2/L3 technical support and managing vendor SLAs. Partner with HR leadership to align the technology roadmap with organizational priorities, security standards, and enterprise architecture, acting as the primary technical bridge to facilitate governance and prioritize initiatives. Requires 10 years of experience supporting Workday HR platforms and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Full-time role with a base salary range of $219,200 - $241,100 plus bonus and cash award.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience supporting workday HR platforms
- Experience with Hire-to-Retire business processes and HR operations
- Experience customizing, configuring and supporting Workday HCM or similar enterprise HR platforms
- Experience with HR integrations, data management, and system administration
Desired Qualifications
- Experience integrating Workday with enterprise applications such as SAP, Coupa Expense, ADP Payroll, Identity Management, and other HR-related systems
- Experience supporting HR, Payroll, and Finance business processes, with working knowledge of SAP Finance (FI), General Ledger, Cost Center Accounting, and payroll accounting integrations
- Ability to partner effectively with both technical and business teams
