Job Summary
HR and Recruiting Admin role supporting Warrant Technologies’ Human Resource Services. Primary responsibilities include executing and managing recruitment, selection, workforce planning, and placement activities in compliance with applicable employment regulations; providing staffing and placement services while ensuring EEO and DoD hiring requirements are met; examining and recommending policies and procedures under federal employment law; compiling and analyzing recruitment metrics, HR analytics, and compliance reporting; maintaining recruitment and compliance records; coordinating meetings and documentation; advising employees and supervisors on HR policies and procedures; and providing documentation support across HR administration. Requires 2+ years of HR experience focused on recruitment and compliance, strong knowledge of federal HR compliance frameworks and DoD directives, proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS, excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment cycles.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience providing human resources specialist or assistant support with demonstrated experience in recruitment and compliance
- Strong knowledge of federal HR compliance frameworks, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulations, and DoD hiring requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS
- Strong writing and documentation skills suitable for formal government deliverables and compliance reports
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring deadlines and multiple recruitment cycles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with defense or technology industry environments and requirements; Previous experience managing recruitment processes, candidate screening, or staffing actions; Knowledge of affirmative action and diversity/inclusion initiatives; Experience with HR analytics and ability to develop and maintain reports and metrics; HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) or equivalent professional development
