HR and Payroll coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate HR and payroll processes across the Employee Lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, updates to HR records, payroll preparation and liaison with external providers, while ensuring compliance with German/Austrian HR, tax, and social security rules. Maintain data quality in HRIS (Workday), manage benefits and pension, support audits, generate HR reports, and assist HR Business Partners and CoEs in program implementations. Remote-first setup with Germany as the primary location; collaborate with internal stakeholders to enable accurate and timely HR operations.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in HR-Administration oder Entgeltabrechnung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im deutschen und österreichischen Arbeits-, Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
- Sicherer Umgang mit HR-Systemen; Workday ist ein Plus
- DATEV Kenntnisse
- Deutschkenntnisse verhandlungssicher; Englischkenntnisse gut
