Job Summary

Hands-on HR & Office Administrator for Bengaluru-based office. Own day-to-day operations across HR, IT support, facilities, vendors, and employee experience. Responsibilities include HR operations (employee records, onboarding, attendance, leave, exits, HR queries), IT support (triage/resolution of IT tickets, device/account setup, SaaS licences, inventory, external vendor coordination), office & facilities management (co-working liaison, supplies, pantry, swag), vendor management (relationships, invoicing, renewals), and events/travel management (team events, travel logistics, visas). Requires 2–4 years of experience in HR, office administration, IT support, or a combination; graduate degree; tech-savvy with Google Workspace; HRMS/IT tools experience a plus. Role follows UK collaboration hours (11:00–20:00 IST) and is onsite at Bengaluru (MG Road). Generous benefits, including health coverage and Work from Anywhere policy for 4 weeks/year, are offered.

Required Qualifications
