Job Summary
Data-driven HR Analytics Specialist to design, build, and maintain automated TA dashboards and trackers to monitor key recruitment metrics (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Source Effectiveness, Pipeline Velocity, Offer Acceptance Rates). Automates recruitment reporting, identifies bottlenecks, and drives efficiency; prepares leadership-ready presentations and reports; performs predictive and trend analyses to optimize the candidate journey and recruiter productivity; ensures data hygiene across ATS and internal databases; leverages Excel and AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and enhance predictive analytics; requires strong Excel mastery, experience with BI tools (Power BI or Tableau), and the ability to tell compelling data stories to senior stakeholders. Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
