Job Summary
Drive position management in SAP HCM and SAP OM to enable precise personnel cost planning, while independently handling business card requests for employees. Safeguard and continuously improve data quality in SAP systems through close collaboration with international HR colleagues. Prepare and analyze HR reports to support decision-making processes, coordinate appointments, and refine presentations. Act as the central contact point for international SAP HCM and SAP OM support, providing expert guidance to HR colleagues in our Affiliates. Join a newly forming SSC team in Hungary with flexible working hours and home office options.
Required Qualifications
- Completed degree in Business Administration or a related field (University of Applied Sciences, University or equivalent commercial education)
- Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken
- Strong IT affinity and openness to quickly learn and master new systems and topics
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of numerical literacy
- Structured, solution-oriented way of working with the ability to meet deadlines reliably
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and enthusiasm for working in an international environment
Desired Qualifications
- Ideally, prior experience with SAP HCM/OM
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP and Nexon knowledge are an advantage
