HR analytics lead

Job Summary
Lead HR analytics initiatives at Sobeys Inc. by developing reports and dashboards, partnering with HR operations and business stakeholders to enable timely, data-driven decisions. Deliver monthly/quarterly/annual reports (FTE/headcount, attrition, surveys, governance, audits), maintain HR KPIs/Balanced Scorecard, and promote self-service data visualization. Analyze people analytics to identify patterns and provide actionable recommendations for HR strategy, collaborating across HR, IT, and business teams. Leverage SAP HR, BW, SuccessFactors, Dayforce, SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau to build comprehensive insight engines and support the annual HR plan and special projects. Stay current with industry best practices and drive continuous improvements in reporting processes and data governance.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years related work experience
- University degree and/or Professional designation or working towards one
- Familiarity with HR Processes, Data and Reporting is preferred
- Degree in Finance or commerce or Stats preferred
- Knowledge of SAP HR, BW, Success Factors and Dayforce
- Experience with SQL server & Sql language
- Experience with Snowflake
- Proficient in Tableau Software
