Job Summary
HR Analyst, Workplace Well-being at TD supports the design and execution of programs that enhance colleagues' physical health, mental well-being, financial confidence, and social connectedness. Responsibilities include running day-to-day program activities, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, supporting new initiatives and dashboards, coordinating with internal HR teams and external vendors, developing training materials and presentations, maintaining program content and communications, and helping run employee ambassador programs and campaigns. Requires an undergraduate degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, with strong organization, cross-team collaboration, data analysis, and proficient use of Microsoft Office; experience with benefits or well-being program support is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience supporting benefits or well-being programs is an asset
