Job Summary
HR Analyst - Total Rewards role focused on administering, maintaining, and supporting global compensation programs and procedures, including base and incentive pay, compensation survey management, ad-hoc job analysis, and salary benchmarking. Responsibilities include assisting managers with salary benchmarking, managing repayment obligations to RTX, collaborating with HR to resolve disputes, creating repayment documentation, and ensuring timely, compliant delivery. Analyze repayment data for root causes and drive process improvements; provide consistent HR transactional services and data administration; utilize the case management system to meet SLA metrics and enhance the client experience; apply CORE principles and maintain data protection compliance. The position requires independent work, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to operate across different time zones. The role is classified as Hybrid with onsite and remote components, located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 2-4+ years of relevant HR experience
- Experience managing data in HRIS systems and/or using Workday preferred.
