Job Summary
HR Analyst – Performance Evaluations and Projects at UW Medicine HR Projects and Reporting supports enterprise-wide HR initiatives from annual performance evaluations to department projects and process improvements. Responsibilities include partnering with HR leaders and customers to define business cases for HR project requests, facilitating scoping and requirements sessions, performing requirements analysis and traceability, tracking issues and risks, drafting communications and status updates for leadership, supporting testing with unit, end-to-end and user acceptance testing, and documenting projects and processes. The role also serves as an escalation point for Workday Performance Evaluation issues, provides advanced consultative support for performance evaluation functionality, updates organizational structure and security roles, delivers training and communications, and leverages collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams) to support annual Performance Evaluation projects. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a technology or business-related field, 2+ years in HR Analyst or Project Management, experience with Workday (Workday HCM and Performance Evaluations), requirements analysis, traceability, testing, data analysis, and strong communication skills; plus willingness to work at least one day per week in the Seattle office and perform occasional travel as needed.
