Job Summary

Administer and optimize core People Systems (Paylocity, UKG, JotForm) as the functional owner and subject matter expert, executing complex configurations to support a 24/7 business operation. Oversee data integrity by establishing governance protocols, conducting systematic audits, and performing final quality control reviews on all record changes. Serve as the leadership resource for advanced data visualization, interactive dashboards, and predictive forecasting models derived from historical workforce data. Troubleshoot system anomalies, design engaging training resources, and deliver flexible sessions to maximize platform adoption across all shifts. Partner with cross-functional teams to map workflows, eliminate administrative waste, and drive continuous process improvement. Author and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures, technical process maps, and company policies. Monitor employment laws and data privacy regulations to configure compliant workflows, enforce role-based permissions, and audit access logs. Own end-to-end legal compliance for I-9 and E-Verify processes while tracking mandatory professional certifications. Lead technology deployments, platform conversions, and module rollouts, benchmarking system performance to recommend strategic upgrades. Collaborate on company-wide engagement initiatives and provide direct support via walk-ins, phone lines, and digital channels.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • Two (2) years of relevant experience
  • Minimum four (4) years of full-time, progressive experience in HR Systems/HRIS administration and People/HR data analytics
  • One (1) year serving as the primary company administrator of an HRIS owning required configurations
  • Proven track record as a primary functional owner configuring enterprise-level HRIS, ATS, and LMS platforms
  • Hands-on Paylocity experience
  • Hands-on UKG experience
  • Hands-on JotForm experience
  • Experience designing data governance audits
  • Experience conducting final quality control reviews on system record changes
  • Proven experience serving as the primary project lead for end-to-end People/HR technology deployments, platform conversions, or module rollouts
  • Experience leading process improvement workshops
  • Experience building change management strategies
  • Must be available to work on-site
  • Must be available primarily Monday through Friday
  • Must be available day shift
  • Must have flexibility to adjust hours (nights/weekends)
  • Advanced proficiency in daily configurations, routine upgrades, and feature testing across HRIS, ATS, and LMS platforms
  • Technical agility to quickly master and adapt to new software tools
  • Expert capability in building digital forms and automated processes
  • Elite proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., advanced formulas, data parsing, nested logic, Pivot Tables)
  • Proficiency in modern data visualization techniques
  • Experience translating complex datasets into clean, visual dashboard metrics
  • Strong ability to translate complex software behavior or regulatory guidelines into clean, structured prose
  • Skilled at breaking down complex technical concepts into user-friendly Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and visual playbooks
  • Proven capability to technically diagnose platform issues, isolate root causes, and directly negotiate with software vendors
  • Sound working knowledge of legal compliance frameworks, including I-9 verification standards
  • Knowledge of E-Verify protocols
  • Knowledge of statutory record retention
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ)
  • Proven ability to seamlessly adapt communication styles across all organizational layers
  • Proven ability to confidently deliver data-driven insights to executive leadership
  • Proven ability to provide respectful, highly engaging, and clear actionable support tailored to the unique operational realities of frontline and operational teams
  • Flexible and composed when navigating shifting priorities or operational changes
  • Dedicated guest-service approach to supporting a fast-paced, 24/7 workforce
  • Must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission
  • Must pass pre-employment drug testing
