Job Summary
Lead the People function's AI strategy, driving fluency, responsible use, and widespread adoption across all HR teams. Build and maintain a People AI roadmap spanning foundational automation through to advanced agentic AI, while championing integration across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, People Partnering, L&D, and Employee Experience. Partner with Centres of Excellence and technology teams to weave AI into critical processes, identify high-impact use cases, and coordinate enterprise-wide work redesign initiatives. Translate functional requirements, lead testing and quality checks, and ensure compliance with Legal, Data Governance, and Security teams. Measure initiative impact with clear KPIs and act as a trusted advisor to leaders on trends, risks, and opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with LLMs, conversational AI, process automation, prompt engineering, and agentic AI concepts
- Demonstrated success leading UAT, testing cycles, or functional implementation work
- Skilled at cross-functional coalition-building
- Forward-thinking, curious, and confident navigating emerging technologies
- Highly credible with a bias for action, accuracy, and practical execution
Desired Qualifications
- A degree or equivalent professional experience in computer science, software engineering, data science, artificial intelligence, information systems, digital transformation, enterprise technology or a related discipline
