Job Summary

This HR Advisor role provides process and transactional support for HR systems and processes, acting as the first point of contact for users via ServiceNow, chat, and phone. Responsibilities include managing high-volume call support, handling incoming inquiries for the People Operations team, resolving first-level requests, updating master data and employee information, supporting LOA processes, and routing issues to Centers of Excellence, Directors HR, or Leadership. Collaboration with the People Operations team to meet service levels and KPIs is required. Indicates success in navigation support for routine correspondence, HR data updates, and general HR process improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience: 2+ years relevant customer support role and past data entry experience
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ability to generate simple letters and simple data outputs; familiarity with HR systems is a plus
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; able to interact with a broad range of end users
  • Special Skills: Customer service mindset, analytical and troubleshooting skills, planning and organizational skills, detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, teamwork, strong interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with SAP/HR and Workday not required but highly valued
