Job Summary
Senior HR Advisor responsible for advising managers across Australia on HR matters, leading workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, grievances and performance management cases; interpreting Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements; supporting development of strategic HR objectives, policies, and workforce plans to improve productivity and contract execution; partnering with operational leaders to manage workplace risk and ensure compliant people practices; and leading Enterprise Agreement negotiations with documentation, log of claims, employee communications and related submissions.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years HR experience
- Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and Modern Awards
- Experience interpreting Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements
- Experience leading workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, grievances and performance management
- Experience negotiating Enterprise Agreements
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders
- Excellent computer and software skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
