Job Summary
HR Advisor in a 6-month fixed-term contract for a Public Sector organisation in Cambridge. Focus on supporting organisational change programmes with redeployments, restructures, redundancies, and union engagement. Provide expert HR guidance in line with employment law and internal policy; coordinate timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communications; partner with HRBPs and senior managers to ensure smooth transitions and legal compliance. Required Qualifications
