HR Advisor Schwerpunkt HR Operations & Projekte (m/w/d)

Manage a defined employee group through the entire Employee Life Cycle, handling all operational and administrative HR tasks. Lead the introduction and development of a job framework while designing national and international HR projects, including process and digitalization initiatives. Collaborate closely with Payroll, Recruiting, international HR colleagues, and the works council to ensure compliance with labor laws, internal guidelines, collective agreements, and data protection regulations. This role offers flexible working hours, up to two days of remote work per week, and 30 vacation days.
