HR Advisor

Provide generalist HR services to the Stellantis & You dealer network, offering direction on performance, conduct, absence, and grievance issues. Advise and assist on disciplinary matters up to dismissal and grievance procedures, taking comprehensive minutes. Manage long and short-term sickness absence for the area of responsibility and ensure correct progression through probationary stages. Partner with line managers to identify coaching opportunities and support the implementation of performance management tools, including appraisals and succession planning. Collaborate with the Recruitment Advisor to ensure vacancies are filled timely. This 6-month contract includes a 37.5-hour week and offers a company car scheme, pension contributions, and extensive training opportunities within the automotive industry.
