Job Summary
HR Advisor for UK-based clients focusing on delivering clear, practical HR guidance, policy reviews, and compliant HR templates. Responsibilities include delivering HR advice via calls, Zendesk, and Gmail, staying updated on UK employment law, conducting HR compliance reviews of policies and templates, drafting termination guides and FAQs, and supporting the Sales team with advisory services. Requires CIPD Level 5 or equivalent, strong communication, remote-work readiness, and ability to tailor HR support across industries (real estate, cleaning, retail, hospitality, manufacturing). Remote-first role with UK time-zone collaboration and client relationship management.
Required Qualifications
- Be Level 5 CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
- Proven track record interpreting and applying UK employment law to develop compliant HR policies (across multiple industries)
- Experience supporting not-for-profit sectors and SMEs (desirable)
- Strong communication and remote-work capabilities
- Time and project management skills
- Willingness to work across different time zones
