Job Summary
HR Advisor role based in New Zealand (Feilding or Rotorua) with regular travel between sites. Hands-on, fast-paced position partnering with leaders to provide practical HR advice, support employee relations, guide on HR policies and employment legislation, collaborate on recruitment and onboarding, resolve employee queries with payroll coordination, support training, compliance and engagement initiatives, maintain HR records and contribute to reporting, and help shape a positive, high-performing culture across a newly merged forestry-management organization.
Required Qualifications
- A qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline with proven experience in a generalist HR Advisor, or similar role
