Job Summary

HR Advisor role supporting Queensland operations and national HR function; responsibilities span onboarding/offboarding, recruitment and early careers programs (cadets/internships), training, performance reviews, HR data management, engagement and culture initiatives, and HR reporting. Requires HR coordination/administration experience, exposure to recruitment, strong organizational and communication skills, and a tertiary qualification in HR/Business or related field.

Required Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in an HR coordination, administration or junior advisory role
  • Exposure to recruitment and/or talent acquisition processes
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confidence working with HR systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • A solid understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business
  • A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in people, culture and continuous improvement
