HR Advisor_Maternity Cover

Provide first-line HR support and guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and best practices across EMEA, with a specific focus on the Belgium office. Advise on employee relations issues such as absence management, performance concerns, and probation reviews. Collaborate on recruitment activities including drafting job descriptions, coordinating interviews, and managing onboarding. Coordinate employee benefits registrations and liaise with providers. Draft and review employment contracts, offer letters, and other employment-related documentation. Maintain accurate HR records and systems ensuring compliance with internal policies and local legislation. Support key HR processes such as appraisals, probation reviews, and employee engagement initiatives. Assist with local office management including liaising with service providers, overseeing facilities, and administering car lease policies. Act as a local HR contact for the Belgium office, supporting payroll administration and ensuring compliance with Belgian employment and payroll law.
