Job Summary
Hands-on generalist HR role partnering with leaders to deliver compliant, efficient HR support. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day HR advice and acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, employee relations matters including performance documentation, grievances, and investigations, onboarding, orientation, and probation tracking, maintaining accurate employee records and audit-ready documentation, WH&S administration and risk mitigation, policy updates and HR documentation, coordinating training schedules and maintaining training compliance, and supporting employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in a human resources role
- Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices
