Job Summary
HR Advisor providing day-to-day human resources generalist support for an assigned customer group, including stay interviews, employee inquiries, benefits, payroll, and compliance with policies/regulations. Serves as the first point of contact for general HR inquiries and escalates complex issues to HR leadership CoEs. Facilitates system-wide HR initiatives, supports onboarding, orientation, employee surveys, stay and exit interviews, and recognition programs; drives employee engagement and development programs; represents NMHS at job fairs and university events; collaborates with Centers of Excellence to align HR initiatives. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field and 2-4 years of HR experience; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to handle sensitive information and influence across levels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2-4 years Human Resource experience preferably with broad exposure for a variety of Human Resource Advisor activities and working with management.
