Job Summary
HR Advisor role focusing on employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training, and HR operations across a 24/7 UK manufacturing environment. You will be the first point of contact for HR matters, manage investigations, disciplinaries, grievances and performance management, oversee absence management and return-to-work processes, ensure right-to-work compliance, deliver induction programmes, support end-to-end recruitment for hourly roles, maintain HR records and use UKG, contribute to employee engagement initiatives and ESG activities, and collaborate with management to drive a positive, compliant workplace culture. The role is primarily office-based in Bridlington with occasional flexibility outside standard hours.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of generalist HR experience
- Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
- Experience handling employee relations cases
- CIPD Level 5 (desirable) or working toward
- Experience in FMCG/manufacturing advantageous
