Job Summary
HR Advisor role supporting leaders across the business with end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and broad HR advisory work across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include providing practical HR advice to managers, supporting performance management and employee relations processes, contributing to HR projects and process improvements, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Requires 2–3 years’ HR experience, strong recruitment capabilities, and solid knowledge of NZ employment legislation, plus excellent communication skills and energy. Location: Hamilton, Waikato Region, NZ; in-person arrangement.
