Job Summary
HR Advisor to join HP's Global myHR Team in Guadalajara, Mexico. Serve as the Tier 1 HR support advisor for HP employees across multiple countries and regions via cases, chats, and self-service channels. Responsibilities include researching, analyzing, and resolving HR-related questions, escalating when needed, delivering a high-quality, customer-centric experience, maintaining knowledge of HR policies and systems, contributing to knowledge management and process improvements, managing a dynamic caseload with SLAs, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure consistent service delivery. Required education and experience: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field (or equivalent) and 0–2 years in HR, customer service, shared services, or related areas. Skills include strong written and verbal English/Spanish (Portuguese a plus), familiarity with HR platforms (Workday, HRIS, case management tools such as Microsoft Dynamics), knowledge of HR processes and lifecycle events, data analysis, dashboards, and Agile/workflow familiarity. The role emphasizes customer service orientation, problem-solving, organization, prioritization, and ability to work with global teams in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 0–2 years of experience in Human Resources, Customer Service, Shared Services, or a related field
