HR Advisor

Conduct end-to-end recruitment for all hiring managers, manage candidate sourcing and screening, and coordinate onboarding for new hires. Prepare and maintain all HR documentation, including offer letters, employment contracts, and personnel files. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and general HR concerns. This role supports the organization's talent acquisition and employee relations functions.
