Job Summary
Manage first-level HR queries via the daily inbox and deliver accurate administration for starters, leavers, and employee changes. Support employee relations casework including welfare matters, sickness absence, and disciplinary investigations. Ensure new starters receive a smooth onboarding experience while contributing to initiatives like annual performance reviews and the 2026 HR system rollout. Provide flexible support across Holgate HQ, Clifton Moor site, and international hubs as needed. This role is based in York with flexibility for seasonal peak periods.
