HR Advisor (FTC)

Job Summary
Provide efficient HR advisory services across UK Support and Operational areas, including employee relations investigations, guidance on employment law, policy updates, onboarding and starter processes, and collaboration with Recruitment Managers to optimise recruitment and interviewing. Responsibilities include handling discipline, grievance, capability and absence issues, conducting exit interviews with data analysis, advising line managers on management referrals to Occupational Health, drafting and issuing contracts and onboarding materials, and supporting onboarding and recruitment processes. Demonstrates knowledge of unionised environments, strong communication, stakeholder management, and proficiency with HR databases and Microsoft Office; requires Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent. This is a full-time, location-based role in Perth, UK.
