HR Advisor. Fixed term one-year contract.

Job Summary
Build relationships with UK stakeholders to improve their HR experience and proactively encourage self-service through the HR Hub. Serve as a labor relations resource by conducting investigations, preparing reports, and making recommendations to resolve employee issues based on policy and legal justifications. Perform exit interviews to identify trends for management improvement and ensure thorough understanding of company policies through new employee orientations and follow-up sessions. Assist with administrative processes including FMLA maintenance, staffing reporting, and tracking the new hire process flow. Identify internal talent and partner with hiring managers to fill open roles while advising on compensation, benefits, and disciplinary actions. Interpret and execute company policies to ensure compliance with government laws and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Up to 3 years in a HR Generalist / Shared Services environment
- CIPD level 5 or 5+ years of experience in HR corporate environment
- Strong UK labor code knowledge
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated track record of strong service delivery
- Knowledge of HR strategies and objectives
- Risk awareness and management advisor experience
- Experience in a fast paced, high-volume environment with a strong customer service focus
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to work under pressure balancing day to day priorities with project work
- Experience leading and supporting complex employee relations cases
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Commercial and regulatory knowledge
- Occasional travelling will be required
- Own vehicle
- Driving licence
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of HR Tools and Interfaces (Workday preferred)
