Job Summary

HR Advisor will provide comprehensive support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring best practice in HR operations, employee relations and people development. This role emphasises leveraging digital tools and AI to enhance HR processes, improve employee experience, and support data-driven decision making. Responsibilities include day-to-day HR guidance to line managers, maintaining local and global HRIS systems, supporting recruitment, onboarding and contracts, driving adoption of AI-driven HR solutions, conducting exit interviews and investigations, managing attendance and absence controls, coordinating payroll inputs, delivering HR workshops and training, ensuring regulatory compliance and participating in audits, and contributing to a Great Place to Work accreditation.

Required Qualifications

  • Qualified to CIPD level
  • Proven HR experience in a similar role
  • Ability to deal with and prioritise a busy workload
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet demanding business needs
