Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service standards across HR activities for employees, managers, and business partners. Ensure standardized processes are implemented accurately within agreed timelines while resolving Tier 2 specialist inquiries. Act as a knowledge conduit between Tier 1 and Tier 3 teams, sharing insights to support resolution. Manage employee files, update internal databases, and perform data entry to maintain GDPR-compliant master data integrity. Collaborate with specialist teams including payroll, finance, and legal to deliver compliant services meeting global standards. Monitor query completion, review policies, and improve service delivery against Service Level Agreements.
Required Qualifications
- Specialist knowledge and resolution for enquiries relating to specific topics (in Tier 2)
- Act as conduit of specialist knowledge between Tier 1 and Tier 3 teams
- Perform data entry across a range of HR systems
- Ensure integrity of employee master data being accurate and compliant
- Ensure compliance with GDPR requirements
- Manage employee files and related HR documentation
- Updates to internal tools and databases
- Respond digitally to a wide variety of employee queries
- Respond to external HR queries including reference requests
- Build knowledge of local customs and employment laws
- Apply knowledge to ensure processes remain compliant with local regulatory/statutory requirements including data protection legislation
